Self-introduction

I am Himadri Pathak, a research scientist at RIKEN iTHEMS, with a concurrent appointment at RIKEN-CCS. My research focuses on ab initio quantum dynamics, relativistic electronic structure, and cavity quantum electrodynamics (QED). I hold a Ph.D. from CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory in India and completed my postdoctoral research at the University of Tokyo, where I developed methods such as time-dependent coupled-cluster theory.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a computational scientist at the Advanced Computing, Mathematics, and Data Division of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), contributing to high-performance computing solutions in quantum chemistry. My research aims to explore light-matter interactions, quantum computation, and multielectron dynamics, bridging the gap between theoretical advancements and experimental applications.
