Self-introduction: Abdul Raafik Arattu Thodika

Hi, I work on molecular simulations of protein systems. I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2026. My research uses multiscale quantum mechanical/molecular mechanical (QM/MM) simulations to understand the thermodynamics and kinetics of chemical reactions in enzymes. A major part of my work involves integrating machine learning with these simulations to make them faster and more accurate.
